Contact rbox

Email support@rbox.to for help with installation, account access, billing, devices, workspace sync, or the rbox command-line tool. Include the command you ran, your operating system, and the exact error message when that information is safe to share. Never send an API key, pairing token, recovery phrase, encryption key, or plaintext file contents. rbox support will not ask for those secrets.

Security and privacy

Send suspected vulnerabilities to the same address with “Security” in the subject. Reports are handled directly by the developer operating rbox. For data-access, correction, export, or deletion requests, use the email address associated with your account and put “Privacy request” in the subject. Thesecurity page explains the encryption model, and theprivacy policy describes collected data and retention.
